It’s worth taking the time to carefully read through prospective care and support workers’ profiles before you contact them. There, you’ll find their customer feedback, their employment history, list of qualifications, their interests, hobbies and biography. Bios allow our community of care and support workers to provide a more detailed description about themselves and about their motivations to provide care and support to others. If you take the time to carefully read through care workers profiles, you have a greater chance of finding someone who suits you and your situation perfectly.

Meet and greet with the care worker before hiring them

Most care and support workers choose to offer their first hour free (this is indicated on their profile). You can use this hour to meet with the care worker and to see if they are suitable.
