Please please Can any body please explan to me how i can do the recearch Lab (I read it teacher tree but i didnt understan)

Hello,

 

To build the research lab, yon don't have requirements. You just have to have 200 steal, 400 gold and 200 oil.

You can build it in the menu Buildings

The Issue is i am always have the word (working) Aas per below and not allow me to start building------Please advise

You can't build your lab and make a research together
