Did you know that you can get back units that lose in the fight and more

(enough to cry and accuse the attacker to defraud or similar)

- Support urgently respond to the cries (bans attacker for a year) followed by two or three days examines and checks

- On the skype (six hours) establishes a chat group to resolve the situation (two members of the support, the attacker and weepy loser which we wait 40 minutes but does not appear)

- Support urgently respond and unbaned attacker with the explanation that the loser refuses confrontation
